  • Green leafy vegetables are best choices in this summer season as they are the best sources of antioxidants along with fresh fruits.
  • Try to consume fiber rich foods such as whole grains, leafy vegetables etc. You can also consume some laxatives if you are facing some irritable bowel syndrome.
  • Try not to consume any deep-fried food as it generally contains Trans unsaturated fatty acids.
